"Harshini is amazing! We bought our first home with her. She was very tactical in writing an offer. When we toured with her for different houses, she explained different things clearly. I have seen other agents who try to convince their buyers in a way that confuses me whether that agent is a seller’s agent or a buyer’s agent. Harshini will not do that. If you don’t like a house that much, she will not pursue you further. She will rather move on for the next house. This is one of the best things about an agent. Also, she manages the crew (attorney, mortgage initiator, inspector) who know each other. All you will do is, sit idle and sign or review papers online. No headache whether you are missing anything.
